"My first session with Danny today exceeded my expectations. It was brilliant fun and he pushed me to reach a high level of training. Danny was very knowledgeable with excellent technique and had me execute my moves to perfection."

Josie Johnson

"Danny, from day one teaching me Muay Thai has made me welcome and comfortable. He explains moves and shares videos with me in his own time to guide and apply to my own learning. He is friendly and is happy to listen to life and day to day things that maybe on my mind and helps me use that energy to throw punches/ kicks. I would recommend Danny to anyone that wants to box for fitness or to step into a ring, he is professional, thoughtful and cares about what he's teaching."

Hayley Mclaverty

"Been training with Danny for a few months - he's a brilliant coach and instructor. Gives really clear and easy to follow instructions, pushes you physically and mentally so you come out tired but on top of the world. Completely changed my kicks and improved my footwork having done karate for some 15 years. Also really good at taking me through weights as a novice and working around me having sciatica."

Got A Question ?

Everything you need to know before booking your first session.

Sessions are £35 per hour and run as private 1-to-1 training, so every minute is focused entirely on you. You get personalised coaching, technical breakdowns and pad work tailored to your level, no generic class structure, no being lost in a crowd. Block bookings can also be arranged if you'd like to commit to a regular weekly slot.

Sessions can be either 1 hour or 2 hours long depending on your preference, your fitness level and what you'd like to get out of the training. Most people start with a 1-hour session to build a strong foundation, while a 2-hour session gives more time for technique work, pad rounds, conditioning and recovery, ideal if you want to go deeper and progress faster.

None at all. Every session is fully personalised and tailored to your own ability, so whether you've never thrown a punch before or you've trained for years, you'll be coached at the right pace. Beginners are walked through the fundamentals, stance, footwork, basic strikes and defence, in a relaxed, judgement-free environment, while more experienced students get sharper technical work and harder rounds.

No, all pads, guards, gloves and fitness equipment are provided, so you can just turn up and train. Comfortable workout clothing and trainers (or bare feet) are perfect. Bringing a bottle of water is strongly recommended as sessions can be intense, and a small towel is handy too. If you train regularly and want your own gloves or wraps down the line, I'm happy to advise on what to buy.

I run sessions across a few well-equipped gyms in Kent, so you can train in the location that suits you best. You'll find me coaching at Carlson Gracie BJJ Kent, Definition Gym in Tonbridge and Tonbridge Amateur Boxing Club, each offering a great atmosphere and the right setup for focused 1-to-1 Muay Thai training. Just let me know which location works for you when booking.
