24-Hour Cancellation Policy

To ensure appointments are managed fairly, I require at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your 1-to-1 training session.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or failure to attend without notice, will result in the full session fee being charged or the session being deducted from your training package.
